Dairy Queen

The owner of this Dairy Queen was extremely rude, dismissive, and also made a racial remark towards me stating “I can’t stand people like you”. I am shocked & appalled all because I asked for a replacement about something that I did not like. This owner needs some type of consequence immediately?!!!! The owner should be ashamed of herself!!! Update: my sister and I are two black women and you stated “people like you” it immediately came off racist. The only person causing a scene was you, you expect someone to hear what you have to say and not have anything to say back? You also said my sister was “threatening” you because she stated that you were willing to “cause all this trouble rather than just replacing the disgusting blizzard that was served”. So like stated before, you are rude, dismissive and I will be calling corporate first thing in the morning. I hope you plan on doing some self reflection with your customer service skills when dealing with EVERY customer no matter what they may look like.

They always get orders wrong I've ordered through apps 3 times trying to give them a chance Every time it's wrong One time they forgot one of the blizzards entirely Another time they gave me 3 completely different ones They need to get it together Also there's lots of toppings in blizzards...but then the bottom half is just ice cream. They don't even blend it well

We were here today and every was super friendly. The ice cream was great.

Currently they have $.85 blizzards with the app.. My family went yesterday. It just something about Dairy Queens blizzards. They always hit the spot.

Ordered 1 large Sunday 2 medium blizzards snickers brownie. We got called over to pick up our order and it was sitting on the counter. I asked the girl who rung us up why they didn't flip the blizzards; to which she said I can flip it now. I said no you flip it or the next ones free thats the policy and pointed to it on the menu board. A random guy from the back yelled yes I flipped them. I informed the register girl that they are supposed to make sure the customer sees them flip it. They refused to give us our vouchers even though it's company policy.

For the past several years, this store has donated an ice cream sundae to my 4th grade students as a reward for completing a math multiplication challenge. The owner Monica is the sweetest to help us out and has been so generous. This is the favorite treat my students get each year and they work hard to get it!

Fast and friendly, haven't had any problems with my order yet
