Great service! The man working was very kind! The pumpkin cheesecake ice cream is to die for!!

Was fast stopped in to get a birthday cake and was in and out and the ice cream cake was delicious

The ice cream was good. Service was good... until my 7 year old and 5 year old had to keep watching the girl behind the counter step aside and have kissing sessions with her guy friend? It was strange and uncomfortable

I have not been to a Baskin Robins in over 20 years. The ice cream was absolutely amazing. The toppings were top notch and I was sad that it was gone when I finished eating my Brownie Sunday. The missing star is because even though the Ice Cream was awesome we could not sit down. All of the furniture was put aside with signs on the counters that pretty much said you could not eat inside the establishment. That was a big let down. Things are getting back to normal. Let us sit down and enjoy our ice cream. I hope to see the dinning room set up the next time I sample this establishments board of fare.

The ice cream tasted good. Liked my waffle bowl with the chocolate on it. Yummy.

The ice cream was delicious The 2 young ladies get a in customer service. No smiles, they looked like they didn't want to be there or serve anyone.

I am so happy they wear gloves. The ice cream gets really hard and as they have to dig it out a lot of times their hands can bump around against the ice cream inside of the containers. She was very nice and polite. She gave a smile as she began my order and she also smiled at the end which is very important to me. Great job!

My boyfriend didn't know what he wanted and the man proceded to look at an online order for quite a bit before we were helped again. All the while my milkshake was melting. Then once we got our shakes they were so much milk they didn't taste like the ice cream. I got mint chocolate and my shake wasn't even green anymore. Oh and he wasn't wearing gloves so when he was scooping up the ice cream his hands were touching it. Very disappointing since i hadn't had them in a while and the price was not worth it.

My husband and I stopped in after dinner. There were 2 young people working. The young lady didn't have her mask on, I ask her to pull up her mask. She immediately got an attitude. She told her coworker that he could wait on me. Are you kidding me, one word sweetheart COVID. If you expect patrons to follow the guidelines the same should apply to workers. To top it off I was over charged. It's absolutely mind boggling that people can be so dumb.

Very poor customer service. I got a sundae and had to wait to get a spoon and when I ask for one it was like I was interrupting her.not full scoops of icecream. Then she walked away not asking if I needed anything else. I paid left ,won't be going back.there's plenty of other icecream places to go to..those girls need to be retrained or get another job.
