My first time trying this place was not a good experience at all. We placed our order and it took 30 minutes to get our food. After getting home we realize our order was not right at all. We called and spoke with a manager and she told us she would replace the order. The remake of this order was amazing! It took about 12 minutes for us to get it and everything was fresh and perfect! Very happy we gave it a second chance!
Never again. Didn't get to order. Says dinning room is open and it's not get to drive thru and wait in line for over 25 minutes
I’m not convinced you can actually buy food at this location. I’ve tried to order in person from here twice in the past two weeks. Both times the location had staff inside, but the doors were locked and they were not taking orders or answering the phone. The last most recent time, Sunday 3/26/23, the person at the drive through told us that they didn’t have meat, and to come back in 2 hours if we wanted food. We don’t have any Steak’n’shake locations in PA, so every time I visit my family here, I try to get food from this location. I miss their delicious food!!!
Went twice in one week and the food preparation isn't the best. They put cheese on my burger when I asked for no cheese both times. On top of that the line was slow about 15 minutes for 2 cars ahead of me. If you want the fresh food experience to to Culver's. If you want a good burger and don't mind spending a little more go to five guys worth it everytime. If you want a good shake then you come here.
Such a great place for late night shake cravings. The person taking orders was the sweetest! Only docking a star because they were out of oreo cookie pieces. However, the girl on the speaker was very very accommodating and helpful. Food came out very quickly, which is not super typical for this location. One of the better experiences I’ve had here.
Terrible they had two people working none of the tables were washed and the orders took forever I actually felt bad for the workers the staff was nice but this definitely seems like a management issue if they have people constantly coming in and they are making the food who has time to clean the tables ?? Not a single table clean y’all and I don’t blame the people that day they was literally moving as fast as they could it was terrible they didn’t even have half the menu no cookies and cream shakes no melted cheese it was terrible … and I guess it’s all self serve who wants to tip a place where you wash your own table and grab your food and refills yourself I think they made a mistake my childhood is just erased I use to love this place now I will not be back to dine in
First they didn't have what my husband wanted, so he ordered something else, and we waited in line 10 minutes before they told him they didn't have that either. So he chose something else he didn't want. Finally got them and mine was vanilla instead of chocolate. Haven't been here in about a year, now I remember why.
Customer service makes me wonder every time how is this the only location and why are they still open. Literally after breakfast they won’t take more than 1 order meaning only 1 car in drive thru at a time which they call the 10 min wait. At this point just disappoint us and close this location!
Place is a joke. Been sitting here for over half an hr for 1 chocolate milkshake. They have people inside eating but have the doors locked. The employee with the pink hair waited for me to get to the window to inform me they don’t have shakes. Overall this place should be shut down again and or get new management
I was wondering why the dining room had been practically empty lately, and it's because it's filthy. Not cleaned once in the hour we were there and clearly hadn't been cleaned for at least an hour prior. The ordering is at a kiosk now and no one will tell you if items are unavailable until your order is up and then we had to wait an additional 10-15min while they substituted in our order. Our purchase wasn't refunded either for the missing items. This used to be a great place to dine at, and would normally be packed at 6p on a Thursday night, but it was practically empty aside from a table of young adults who probably enjoyed being left alone. The new business model seems to be 'how to drive a business into the ground'. Whoever is in charge needs to get rid of the kiosks and hire some additional humans to run the place.
