Highly recommend! We shopped a prom dress and were not disappointed. Enormous selection - 2 floors- and decent prices. David was super patient and let us roam the store and was not looking over our shoulder every second - did not feel any pressure at all. It truly was a very pleasant experience. The store has a good dress selection and free parking, but the salesman is REALLY pushy. I showed him several photos of the style of dress I wanted, but instead he pulled out dresses that were the complete opposite of what I was looking for. He even got upset when I said I needed time to think about it instead of ordering a dress on the spot. I wish I could say that I'm shocked to see how rudely the business owner responded to customers' Google reviews here, but honestly it's pretty in line with the behaviour I witnessed in store.
Big collection of wonderful dresses, we found everything we wanted for our big day in one place, the bride and 6 maids plus the 2 mommas, the guy David is such a gentleman, strongly recommended
Highly recommend! My entire family and I got our dresses here for my sister's wedding and their dress selection is amazing. They have an on-site seamstress for alterations and the owner is very kind and helpful in finding the perfect dress within your budget. Exceptional customer service!
Rude treatment by obnoxious owner, David. Didn't bother to ask if we had an appointment, when our occasion was taking place, what budget we had to work with $1K+, etc. Dove straight in to tell us, and show us, what we should try. Pulled out one dress and announced that it was his favorite and that THIS was the dress to buy for the occasion. Ignored our opinions and disappeared at times when we wanted to ask for other styles. Stressed us out along with angering us with his high handedness and showing us tacky dresses. As well, the salesperson, Isabella, who we took our appointment on the phone, ignored us after we requested her help. Btw, she told us that making an appointment would give us better service versus people who walk in. What a joke! Will NEVER go back and will make sure to let others know of our treatment. If we can rate it 0 stars we would!
They have a large selection of bridesmaids dresses. The prices are pretty reasonable. The only concern I had was the tight space. It got crowded near the changing rooms. It was quite busy when I went. The overall service was okay. They were quite busy when I went, but they still checked in on us when they got the chance.
They don’t have many sizes for you to try on in store, but they can measure you/order the dress you’d like. Great prices as well. Thank you David and Isabella for the great service time and time again!
Great pieces, best prices we’ve seen so far and lots of color selection. Dave the waveee was a great help! Classic gentlemen and truly made the experience fun and unforgettable… 5 stars!
I got lots of compliments on these dresses that I bought from Da Novias. I recommend the store for anyone looking for a dress for a special occasion. Go see the owner, David. His prices are very reasonable in comparison to other stores. He also has a good selection. He has been in the business for a long time so you'll be in good hands.
Many beautiful dresses and many choices for all sizes and any occasions. They let you shop and try without pressure. Alterations are available on site. Very good experience. I recommend with no hesitations.
