Never got an estimate in writing but verbally 3200$ and they ended up billing me 5300$ Didn’t get a breakdown of the hours spent moving and packing figured that I got about 6 hours - almost a full day overcharged They asked for my credit card info for a deposit day one and just billed me the last 3500$ without my approval and never got back to me with any details as asked for. Also! A big one for non smokers, they smoked in the truck with my furniture and it still smells! The reason why I gave them a second star, they were friendly.
