We walked all the way downtown and didn't feel like walking the 45 minutes back so we called a cab. It came in about 10 minutes as promised. The driver was nice and car clean and got us home in a timely manner. Would use again.

We called ahead to make sure we could get a ride to a special dinner. Taxi never showed up. The driver who took the call never bothered to let the next shift driver know of the booking. Very disappointing.
