First off I just want to say the service I get is immaculate! Everybody is so friendly and watching everybody work like a well oiled machine is a plus! Everybody who I’ve seen working has great chemistry with each other making sure everything is perfect for the customers. I am a regular there and whatever time I go in to get a sandwich the service is amazing and the food is amazing! I have had pleasant expiriences with Nick behind the grill cooking my food and Delia who usually wraps up my food and serves it with a smile! Will continue coming back here in the future
I get D'angelo's at least once and sometimes even twice a week. I order online at the Enfield location and my order is always ready or just being completed when I get there. We go so often the young ladies know both me and my husband and always have the condiments already in the bag. Thank you for taking the time to know your customers and to add... the rewards make it even more enticing to go back for more.
I live in Florida and we have no D’Angelo sadly… but when I am in the northeast it is a must stop. Always get the lobster grinder… and it is always refreshing to say grinder and have people know what I mean.Recommended dishesLobster Roll
Poor cleanliness and blatant disregard for cross contamination. Staff and their families regularly leave 5 stars reviews to boost ratings. good steak and cheese sandwiches but over priced especially since it seems you get less meat since the price went up.
Started by having to wait on a line as the girl fixed her hair 3 times before she took the orders. Then 15 mins later they gave my sandwich to the wrong order. I step in to say it mine and he already throws it way. Now they remake it and over cook it so it tasted disgusting. My husband had already finished and was waiting on me. Just tossed it I couldn’t eat it. Waste of $30. Only reason for 1 star they didn’t ruin my husbands BLT. Management needs to step in. Dinner rush is not rocket science
went to D’Angelos in enfield for the first time ever and it was the best sandwich place ever! hands down beats jersey mikes and subway. Super fresh and the restaurant team was so helpful and welcoming. The cashier Jessi had a beautiful smile and knew so much about the menu. The manager Rick went out of his way to go in depth about certain items and Sarah gave great conversation as i was waiting and she double checked my order for me. the restaurant was clean and inviting. 10/10 recommend!!!
The 2 managers are rude and unpleasant to deal with. The rest of the staff are great, but you can see how beaten down they are. Used to come here a lot, but can no longer support management and corporate as they slowly kill the places quality and overall appeal.
It’s fine! It’s clean and the music is good! There aren’t any real vegetarian options but oh well
I purchased two tuna pockets today with Lettuce, tomato, pickles and olives. I got home and gave one to my daughter and I went to my office to eat the other one. I opened it up and this is what it looked like! How am I supposed to pick this up and eat it. Both sandwiches were folded in a way it split the bread and everything fell out when trying to remove the paper!
Great service and great food. Clean restaurant, friendly, smiling staff. Would definitely recommend this place. I had never been to a D'Angelo but I will be returning.
