We like this CVS a lot better than the ine in the town that we moved from. The store was clean and modern inside. The pharmacy is prompt and has our prescriptions ready in no time. We like that we get text reminders to our phones and can access our account through the app.

The drive thru is really slow, I would recommend to go get food before you get in the drive thru line. I always hate when I have to go to this location. They could have 3 cars in n front of me and I'll have to wait 20 minutes for my turn. When it is my turn it takes 45 seconds wait is going on with all the other people? How about telling the others if there items are not ready to get back in line instead of letting them wait for it to be filled while there is a line.....

Need a specific product ASAP. CVS was the only store in town that said they carried it. Their website listed it as in stock. It was not in stock and the several employees I asked just sent me around to a bunch of different aisles looking for it. I eventually gave up. Needed the same product a few months later. Listed as in stock at the CVS in Brooklyn. Went out of my way to go there. Guess what? Seemed like the employees have never even seen or heard of it before. If you're banking on something being "in stock" at any CVS location, you're probably going to be disappointed.

My medication is ready and there for pick up without me calling . Nicest pharmacist that I have ever dealt with .

where the store manager applauds  and allows customers to be rude and racist to other customers for being hispanic and speaking in spanish. worst service.

Went to get my ear drops for a terrible ear infection.  I have good insurance and they quoted me $200.  After a discount they stated $140.  I went to Walgreens and was charged $10.  The store was filthy.  Very dusty displays at the pharmacy and it looked like the floor hadn’t been vacuumed in a while.  I won’t be back.  Wish I would have taken pictures but I felt terrible.

Really appreciate this pharmacy locally. Pharmacist and staff are friendly, helpful, and provide quick, competent service. Also appreciate being able to get vaccines easily too.

There is an employee at the Adrian CVS who deserves all the positive recognition possible... Her name is Ashton...and every time I've had interaction with her its been INCREDIBLE. No matter what she's dealing with rude customers...lack of help...and much more she is ALWAYS kind...compassionate...patient...and constantly exhibits an exemplary work ethic. I hope one day she is able to find a position with a company that appreciates...and adequately compensates her for the AMAZING job performance she puts forth

This CVS pharmacy refused to fill my migraine medication prescription and saying the medications were "out of stock" which they weren't i later found out even having the audacity to ask to call my neurologist for proof of why i needed the medication and if there was an alternative aka non narcotic option they could fill instead, causing me to go a day with out my emergency migraine medication on stand by and potentially making me end up in the emergency room for treatment, and also causing my neurologist to have to transfer my script to a different pharmacy. I would worry that this pharmacist wouldn't fill other important scripts based off "personal principles and prejudiced opinions" versus just doing their job like they are supposed to, go to Meijers or Walmart instead to fill your scripts.
