So disappointed . For over 10 years our family of 4 have been clients of this establishment , always wonderful professional service from the optometrists and customer services. But recently I called to book myself and my children's annual visits. I booked myself a day appointment and then tried to proceed to book appointments for my children in the evening . I was told no appointments were given to children in the evenings because it is reserved for those who work in the day . I proceeded to ask the receptionist if any possibilités could be made because with already so much difficulty with lost in-schooling time I didn’t want my children to miss more class time for just a routine appointment . I was willing to take any night of the week and even month available. She put me on hold to ask her supervisor and then returned with a hard “no” not possible . I tried to explain  to her that we have been loyal clients  for many years and that I will have to be forced to go elsewhere. She just said that , that was the policy. I said thank you then and bye. A few mins later I called back to cancel the appointment that I had made for myself because I was so disappointed that I was treated this way just over an yearly exam.No compassion or understanding was given . I told her because of this policy they just lost 4 clients .

I was greeted and welcomed very professionally! Very friendly and honest about my eyewear selection. They were also very efficient and did everything in one visit! I highly recommend going there. Stephanie, Asher and Zoia were all wonderful! Keep up the great work team.

I had the best experience ever with Jowel, she new exactly what she was doing made the experience enjoyable and easy. If you need glasses this is definitely the place to go. Thank you Jowel for your excellent customer service.

As a mom with a son who is challenged with special needs, autism, I am grateful for the patience,  compassion  and extra time that are invested in our experience. The optometrist treated my son with respect. My son found a friend.  I highly recommend Curyeux for their excellent service and variety of frames.

Had the best experience with Jowel. She was patiente and knew what to show me and my boyfriend. The best there is out there. She helps you and gives you her full attention. Definitely would recommend to everyone

after 16 years, we still have that nice 5 stars service. we feel like we were the only customer they have and they take good care of us.  thanks again and lets go for another 16 years.
