The Cherry Cheesecake donut is a perfectly delicious donut. The flavors remind you of cheesecake with its light donut texture and toppings, however it does not give the heavy feeling or exact taste of cheesecake. The donut literally melts in your mouth ! Try it for yourself and trust me when I say after one bite you will want a dozen! #Yummy.
They have the BEST mini cupcakes. There are so many flavors, including vegan and gluten friendly options, and I'm always amazed by how good they are. A fun little treat for less than $2 while you're downtown. Their sandwiches are also great.
The perfect spot for a pastry and some coffee or tea! Their bagels are amazing! So are the cupcakes and donuts. I love the location, its all glass and it creates such a beautiful environment.
I've been here a couple times but my most recent visit was during the Downtown Rochester Snowglobe event. Bought several mini cupcakes and they were all dry and "crusty". Not moist like regular cupcakes. Also got several hot chocolates and my group and I were not impressed. They added too much actual chocolate chunks in there and it was way too sweet. Also, we were drinking actual chocolate chunks. In my prior visit, I bought several hot chocolate bombs here for $6+ per bombs. In my opinion, it's not worth the price or taste. The hot chocolate that we purchased mentioned above tasted exactly like the hot chocolate bombs.
My family of four all got the same flavor donut- the fruity pebbles one. 4 donuts-$10. Not a horrible price if they tasted decent. The donut was dry and the fruity pebbles were stale, chewy and hard. We went for my son's 3rd birthday, and his favorite food is donuts- Yates was so packed we couldn't find parking so we came here. He had one bite and refused it saying it was bad. Daughter and I agreed. Not cool, what a waste for my birthday boy's dessert I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
Flora was such a nice and helpful employee and helped me when i came in for the first time. she was so descriptive about the flavors of each cupcake and let us have some samples of the icecream
Yes, yes and yes! If you are checking out the Christmas wonderland that is downtown Rochester, Michigan, be sure to top your evening off with treats from this bakery! Just decedent! We totally enjoyed the mini cheesecakes and look forward to coming back for more!
Stopped in for a coffee and donut, and both tasted amazing! Not a huge selection of donuts but many other baked goods, and the donuts they had I would highly recommend.
Don't go here for bagels. They sell day old bagels that are kept in the fridge. They couldn't toast it enough to mask the stale puck like taste. Really enjoyed the decor though and their sweet treats looked really good. The cream cheese was really good also.
Everything is always delicious and packaged well. Cofee is bold and enjoyed during group. We had cider slushies tonight; perfect way to celebrate fall.
