Culver's

Pros first. The cheese curds are great and the custard is usually pretty good. Service is also pretty friendly. Now the cons. The burgers are so greasy they are almost inedible. Last time we were here we received a custard that was already melting when they brought it to us. It also cost over $40 for a family of four and we didn't even get any drinks. That's pretty outrageous for fast food.

Normally we love Culvers but our experience yesterday at this one was awful. After making sure the uninterested cashier understood my wife didn't want any pickles anywhere on her plate they hid a few inside the burger. When I went up to correct it the person whom took the order avoided me. I was finally able to get the attention of another employee only to have him remake part of the order and act like it wasn't there fault. I never received any form of apology or concern for the mistake or for my allergic wife.

Great Burgers , but when it's busy check your food when taking out, they've been known to leave stuff out

Best burgers, service and ice cream! A great life-saver when you don't want to have to make dinner on a rainy or snowy night. Kids devour the food here.

All transactions at Culver's end with "sorry about the wait" or "thanks for your patience." Good staff and clean interior, but a fast food menu served at the speed of a sit down restaurant doesn't appeal to me.
