Drove through for a quick treat. There was only one car ahead of us. We had a coupon for BOGO, 2 scoop sundae. We ordered one hot fudge sundae, and one flavor of the day. They couldn't manage this order while we were at the window! We had to park and wait. Then, to top off our sundaes, haha.... There was less than ONE scoop in the dish. We were very disappointed!!!

No sense of urgency. No one is happy to be there. My order was made wrong twice in the same visit. It's right on the receipt. Had to get back to work so had to leave without getting the problem resolved.

Staff is courteous. Gets quite busy around the main meal times but the waits never bad. Food is decent for the price point.

It's no secret how fresh and delicious the food is and the free ice cream they offer at times if your signed up by email for their updates is a bonus. Those $5 snack packs are a wonderful deal if your looking for a quick bite on the run.
