This is the best view on the Mississippi watching all the big boats, Mississippi Queen, Barges, and Tugs go by and the Harbor Bar has Great food with a relaxing Jamaican atmosphere. We loved it so much, when we heard the river doesn't freeze because of Prairie Island Nuclear plant and we could keep a houseboat in all year long, we did it. The Mississippi Queen parks right in front of us. A beautiful view and the Bar always has something fun going on. The $2 Bloody Marys on Sunday mornings is a fun time to relax.

Good Caribbean food, awesome setting with it being right on the river! Bar is a little smelly... but great staff! Great place to go hangout for a lazy afternoon!

The burgers and fries are very good. Also nice Riverside ambience with outdoor seating. Other food is a bit pricey. A nice place to take a break on a summer day.
