Great customer service and the food was delicious! I haven't eaten at a Culver's in a long time. I tried the grilled chicken salad with cranberries and blue cheese and had a some cheese curds. I was impressed by the salad. Definitely ranks above other fast food salads I've had. It would have been nice if the cucumbers were cut up instead of large slices and the chicken was in large chunks too but i was able to cut it all to bite size pieces so not a big deal. Everything was fresh and my curds showed me some love .
What’s not to love. Quality ingredients, great staff, and an extensive menu. We make this our every Friday fish day during Lent. Walleye or Cod sandwiches or meals never disappoint. Oh yea butter burgers absolutely my favorite fast food burger. We love the online order curbside pickup. Beats the lines inside and at the drive through every time. See you again this week
Got back to hotel, realized half of the food I paid for was missing and what I got was cold and soggy. Shame Culver's. Never again, go across to the Italian place better food and service. Photos attached with what I paid for and what I receivedFood: 1/5
Only my second experience at a Culver's. My burger came out cooked incorrectly burned flavor and slathered in cheese and other toppings I didn't want. I'm sure they would have corrected it but they were busy and we were traveling. French fries were hot and crispy and top notch.Food: 2/5
We went through the drive through Monday night. I pulled in at 8:05 pm and still waiting for our order and it is 8:55. Yup almost an hour. AN HOUR. Ridiculous. Never ever will I return. Now the kids have to come home, eat as fast as they can , because it’s a school night. Never ever had horrible service like this anywhere. Oh and to top it off, we ordered drinks and received none. Paid for them though.
I've been a loyal customer to this particular restraunt location for 15 +years and I've never had a bad experience. Never. The manager Jeff is so extremely nice he always goes out of his way to make us happy. We love this culuvers. Definitely worth going.hands down a 10 out of 10: keep up the great works guys
Atmosphere and service was great. Quick and kind Food was okay Everything except the cheese curds was bland, whilst the curds was salty. Atleast the salty curds balanced out the bland burger and fries Staff was kind and everything was clean. Dietary restrictions: They had a glutten free bun
Tonight was the worst experience we have had at this Culver's. My order seemed to have been taken correctly at the intercom but after I got the food after a 30 minute wait it was all wrong. I looked at the receipt and the girl didn't even listen when I told her what I wanted. We were supposed to have cheese curds, mashed potatoes, and add ons to a sandwich. None of that was added and just got fries. There was no point to go inside to get it straightened out because I probably would of waited another 30 minutes. Highly frustrating and disappointing especially after always almost always receiving great service at this location to where I typically don't even check the bag.
My wife and I have been coming here since it opened and have noticed that service / food quality has been declining, but we've stuck with it as it is getting difficult to find good food or service anywhere. But after tonight, we won't be back for a while. We waited 25 minutes and our hamburgers were over-cooked and cold! We got our money back and left. Very disappointing. I think part of the problem stemmed from a bus that stopped and overwhelmed the kitchen. The kids had already been served when we sat down, but there seemed to be mass confusion and they didn't have adult supervision and just couldn't work their way out of a disaster. I wish they would warn customers arriving that the kitchen is that far behind.
Jeffmanager has taken care of us many times now. There has never been a bad experience at this Culver's location. Great crew, great food.Food: 5/5
