Sit in line for 15 minutes when there were only 2 cars ahead of me. Finally got to the box and was told that they only had the honey sesame, orange, honey walnut after trying to order something else for the main dishes. Ordered the honey sesame, opened it it looks awful obviously its old but what ever. Yeah after a few bites I'm starting to realize there is red pepper all over the chicken. It's so spicy my lips are burning as I type this. THIS is not supposed to be spicy!!! Why is there red pepper in the Honey Chicken!!! I've only ever eaten at Pandas in the mall and I think I will stick to doing that. Waste of time and money.
We drove to this location. Says it opens at 10:30am. We got there at 10:45am. There's employees inside. Pull up to the ordering intercom and a recording comes on saying that they're closed. I call to see when and if they're going to open. No one answered the one. It rang and rang. Piss poor customer service. Saw about 10 other vehicles come and leave disappointed. Thank for wasting my time panda. Definitely won't be coming back nor recommending this place to anyone. I chauffeur people around daily and will definitely recommend every where else besides this place.
I really despise coming to this location, slow service, out of everything AT THE BEGINNING OF MEAL RUSH. Ordered through door dash recently, not realizing it would be this location, the “plate” I ordered was more than half empty, hard and cold. The large ale cart was a small. I was at work an unable to get to check my order right away, by the time I was able to get to my food I was not able to even report to DoorDash. As other’s have said, corporate needs to look at this location’s consistent poor service band quality.
Don't go here. I've gone to this location like 5 times and this is the last time. They are always consistently out of their menu items, no chow mein, never have the honey sesame chicken, I wish I was exaggerating and the sweet fire chicken they gave me tonight shows they CLEARLY don't keep their food up to temp or care if it's spoiled because my food was so old and cold that I threw it away. The food was clearly old as hell, it was crusty and dry on the top and soggy on the bottom. I feel like my kids elementary school lunch ladies could do better TBH.
I frequent this location about once or twice a month. The food is always fresh and hot. Today we decided to sit in and eat. I know times are hard right now for businesses...but there were no clean tables. Besides that the visit was pretty good as always!Food: 5/5
The place is not too bad. It's the manager her name is Tracy the only old Asian woman she always with bad attitude serving the food. If she doesn't like her job with customers she is working in the wrong place !!! I feel bad for all the guys that are working there she is horrible!!!! And the casher very kind young gentleman told me that's why nobody wants to work there. If she treats the customers that way, I cannot imagine how she is with all the employees. Definitely I will never ever back there again. Welcome to America I can go to different locations I don't care to drive so far but the last I will be enjoying my food and my visit somewhere else anyways! Pinche vieja fea y culera!!!!!!
Maybe a sign on the window store front saying dining closed would be nice. More than that how about a sign at all panda express locations. I've only seen 15 people walk to the dine in door the 15 minutes I've been sitting here eating lunch. In my truck! Parking: Only thing you can do
I haven't eaten here for quite a while. About 30% of the stated choices were not available. We had three different entrees, and none really had any flavor at all. Even the egg rolls were tasteless. Everything is packaged 'To Go' even when dining in. Such a waste of plastic. In their favor, the workers were working their tails off!Food: 2/5
Received a BOGO free bowl coupon in the mail with two separate BOGO free bowl deals. Placed my order online and entered coupon code - "Coupon not valid for this order. " Tried again using the second coupon code, free derived same error message. Called the location to place my order over the phone - no answer. They're supposed to be open 10:30 am - 9pm. It's currently 4pm. It just rand and rand, then disconnected. The coupon is only valid at the Veterans Memorial Pkwy location. I was never able to place an order. After reading all the horrible reviews, now I'm thankful I couldn't place the order. Many reviews saying they're always out of food. One guy said he ordered and paid online, only to arrive at the restaurant to pick up his food and was told they're out of everything, AND could not offer him a refund because he ordered online!! He finally got a customer service phone number from a very unhelpful employee, called, was on the phone a half hour, then finally got his refund after three weeks!!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I'm surprised this place is still open.
I ordered food and had to wait which was fine but then they forgot about me and my whole family was done eating.Food: 3/5
