I really do love Culver’s, but when it’s almost time to close, around 8-9 o’clock, it’s almost like they get frantic and don’t know how to cook food all the way. My burger, and my parents burgers, were still pink! Take your time to cook the meat , don’t rush because you’re about to close. Every order should be fulfilled to its highest and best degree until you close.

Finally got the Curderburger. Cool novelty item. But not worth $8. I'll probably get it once a year.Food: 3/5

Culvers never fails. They have the best chicken sandwich, but their burgers are so good that I can't resist. The staff is always outstanding, dining area always clean.Food: 5/5

Everyone was very service-oriented and kind. The assistant manager Valerie seem to be way ahead of her. Her professionalism was absolutely impeccable. Just watching her work put a smile on my face. She gracefully handled the service counter and customers, as if she wrote the book on customer service.

Colton took my order during the chaos of dinner rush and made me feel like I was the only customer there. That's good service. Food was perfect.Food: 5/5

I wanted to get my dog a coat but because of health issues it's hard for me to get things to try fitting her. I would have needed some assistance, there was one person in the office was leaning back in his chair doing nothing the person at the front desk was chatting with him no one offered to help me fit my dog with a coat he did manage to tell me that  it was the last day of the sale for those coats. but did not offer any kind of assistance bad customer service that's for sure.

I guess depends on who cooks the day you there.. one day food is great and delicious and the other its not so good...Love there shakes and icecream.Food: 4/5

Classic Wisconsin food, freshly made and fully n customizable! My favorite is a patty melt with mushrooms added. Fries, curds or onion rings is always the hardest decision. If you haven't dipped their fries in the cheddar cheese sauce, do it asap!!!  Vegetarian options: Items on menu are customizable but not many strict veggie options  Parking: Huge parking lot  Wheelchair accessibility: Completely accessible  Dietary restrictions: They have gluten-free buns!!!

So decided to try the new culvers on Douglas Ave in Racine, big mistake! First off they got my order wrong once I got home 2nd all of our 3 burgers were all med rare to rare?? 3rd looking at the bun pics all 3 were butter burgers and those looked like Aldis hamburger buns?!?! I've been to other culvers and none of them ever looked like that!!! Not sure if they were in a big rush to open but they obviously missed out on some training somewhere. I'd steer clear of this place until they are up to snuff but in meantime I'm going to contact corporate. Very disappointed in $43 worth of food and half of it got tossed out!!

Five stars for Dante who ran out our order. He was super friendly and was so sweet even though he had to run back and forth because his coworkers were forgetting items on our order. We ordered an Oreo shake and for the second Sunday in a row they gave us a concrete mixer. We told him about our missing ice cream and the mistake and he very quickly corrected the order for us even though his coworkers claimed they did it. I work at a restaurant and occasionally do curbside service which is a lot of back and forth so I’m very impressed he did it with the most pleasant attitude ever :
