We used the Crowne Plaza as the hotel for our wedding night. Lauren the event coordinator was very helpful and did an amazing job. We used a conference room as the dressing room for the bride and bridesmaids. It was perfect! They made the room beautiful and were very accommodating. The shuttle service to and from the venue was great. The only snag was a few of the guests had an unpleasant experience with one of the front desk attendants. Other than that the Crowne Plaza was perfect. And we would recommend it.

Mattresses are so thing and I lifted sheet to look. OLD.  Needs to be updated. Chair in my room to sit on. Hair and crumbs and toe or finger nails under cushion and under chair. Water sitting on window ledge. Moldy shower grout. Vacuuming should be done better if done at all. Cobwebs and dirt/dust in corners.

Love this place. Used to go there every year for new years. We go there for the day before Thanksgiving. We go there for my birthday. The staff is very friendly an awesome. The pool and hot tub are open 24 hours. And you can bring your own drinks to the pool. It's a great time. The bar also has great food and reasonable prices.

This hotel was just decent. The beds were comfortable but the cleanliness of the bathroom could have been better. Ideally, the entire hotel needs an entire renovation of the interior. The breakfast at O’Mallys was just “OK” at best.

this is by far the greatest hotel staff on the planet! The hotel is a hotel. Everyone knows that the way you are treated is what you take away from your hotel experience. This place is top notch in  that aspect!!
