You get what you pay for I guess. Outdoor hallways in a snowstorm...not so fun. Room was outdated and in disrepair. Room was on the highway side, the road was loud all night. Could hear everyone walking past outside as well as the people above us. Felt like the room was going to cave in! Wouldn't sit on the chairs or sofa, looked filthy. Carpet nasty as well. Breakfast was decent.

Terrible customer service ! I walked into my room and it was so dirty!!! Keisha can’t clean, and was rude over the phone. I asked for a refund and was told that I had to wait for a manager. Well I spoke with Eric on the third day of trying to get a hold of him since he IGNORED my calls, then when I got a hold of him he told me word for word, “you mostly likely won’t be able to receive your refund.” That’s a great way to keep a customer right!? Don’t book here, you’ll regret. Even if you think it might not be that bad, it will. Trust me.

Stayed one night at this location because the Uhaul trailer we rented broke down. Three days later I noticed an additional $250 charge on my bank account from this hotel. Called to speak with a manager to find out what this extra charge is for, and we were told it's because we had pets in our room. That is a lie, and I am being scammed for $250! The GM was rude and unhelpful on the phone. All Baymont properties are independently owned and operated, so there is no one to call and hold these individuals accountable for their mistakes and dishonesty. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID! I've tried speaking with their customer care hotline with no help there either. I feel like these people could run this scam on anyone, and there's nothing you can do. Terrible establishment and even worse staff.

The hotel itself is good. It is clean and has all basic amenities. The rooms open on the outside. So getting to the rooms in winter is bad. The breakfast was just okay. Overall its decent for a stay for couple of days.
