A very nice home hardware store, they always have everything that you need of course there's always sometimes when they're out of stock but they try to do their best to get it back in as soon as they can, the staff is always friendly and smiling and always asking what can they help you with or find something that they need, and if you're going to build or renovate talk to someone and they can work a plan out for you and help you along the way to get your project done correctly.
Big sign outside the door saying Milwaukee impact drill bits on sale.. the guy working in there has no idea what I'm asking for and I say there's a sign out by the door... he doesn't go out and look.. I say it again and go out and show him.. ..the girl at the check put knew right away what I wanted and found them ! Wasn't impressed b6bthe guy in the tool department at all ... girls at the checkout awesome

20230124 Not impressed this time. You had a discontinued bathroom FAN on display that you wouldn't sell and said check back in 6 weeks. Really? GET SOME COMMON SENSE MANAGER THAT IS SILLY Staff went above and beyond today with customer service. Purchased a vent with grill from them a few months ago but lost the receipt. The grill became defective. In order to get a free replacement from the manufacturer we needed the receipt. They were able to go back through their records and find it for me. It was a lot of work for them and I was glad they helped. Staff was very plentiful, helpful and friendly. Store is very bright and clean and well stocked. Definitely a repeat destination for me. I am happy to shop locally with such good level of service

Home Hardware service desk is pretty good with making sure you get the right item when you drive through the warehouse to pick it up. Staff throughout the store and warehouse are all top notch , polite and willing to help.
Arrived there as they were just about to close but I was told take my time, fortunately I knew what I wanted and they had it, girls there were very helpful. Thank You!

When I arrived there is a big sign stating mandatory masks and curb side pick up. This sign is discrimination needs to be removed. The only mask bylaw in Ontario is the one from the Government which states people with disabilities are exempt. Why don’t you have a sign stating vaccinated only. I find that stores who put those signs up are very ignorant to society. If mask are mandatory in your store then vaccinated people only should be allowed in the store but you can’t say that to unvaccinated because it’s in violation of their rights this is also the same for those who are exempt it’s a violation of our rights. Your public health can not make their own rules. It’s almost 2 years it’s time to stop this ignorance
