Clean store, great price point. However the self checkout is horrible, staff at the checkout are less than helpful. Will go back to Sobey’s and Zehr’s; to avoid a poor shopping experience at Metro. I would rank the store a zero out of five if it was an option. Extra attitude is free at Metro.

Every god damn time I come in here I get checked for shop lifting and stealing. Yes I wouldn't make such a big deal about it. If I wasn't getting stares while being black and trying to send money from one bank account to another. The old woman who thinks this is her home. Decided to check me and force me to walk back and PROVE to her that I wasn't. I had to talk to he person at self check out. And she doesn't even freakin apologize for the inconvenience. The staff here are rude. Judgemental and ignorant. I am a customer not a felon

The number of items at this store that just casually sit there with no price on them is baffling. If it’s something you really need, get ready to head to the register with no clue as to how much it costs and then get shocked by it costing twice as much as you expected and how much it should cost. I hope we get more competition around town that gives these guys a wake up call.

Deli deparment needs to do better when it comes to meats. Its not hard to wrap the salami once you cut it to keep it fresh longer. Metro here has not been fresh in many departments, rotting fruits and veggies also we had bad experience with awful smell with meat. I love metro and it they need to do better for the customers. No one has money to waste or time to be making returns. Health and saftey should always be #1 priority when handeling any food.

Excellent shopping experience at Metro. The store is clean, well organized, and offers high-quality fresh produce, meats, and bakery items. Shelves are well stocked, and checkout is fast and efficient. Staff are friendly and courteous, making every visit pleasant. A great place for fresh groceries and dependable service.
