Nice service, high quality ingredients. But man, when I tell you they ruined my lunch break that would be an understatement. 4 panzerottis gone in an instant, turned to dust, never to be seen again. Me and my acquaintances couldn’t believe the news when we heard they dropped the fourth panzerotti. You can imagine the shock on our faces when they told us they were out of ingredients and couldn’t make us new ones. Now we are panzerottiless, and will have to find nutrition elsewhere. This is not a goodbye forever Metro, just for now…

I only buy 2 different things from there, prices are higher then most Grocery stores. The two thing I do buy, it's either they have 1 or the other never both when I go in, and i drive 15 to get to tillsonburg just for them to only have 1 out of the two. Once they increase the price again on the 1 product I wont be going there any more. I'll find it else where.

*** They offer a courtesy scooter for those that need it to get it around their store...however, they refuse to change the battery and now it doesn't even get you down an aisle. I've spoken to employees, but the management refuses to listen. Very disappointing.***nnIt's a good store. Not overly big, so I like it. Still trying to get used to the rearranging of aisles. People are always friendly and helpful
