The same products from the same corporation delivered by the same trucks but Brand Source in Woodstock is far less expensive.The only thing keeping this store open is the location.Sobeys has the most friendly staff and offers wines and beer.Metro has no loyalty program's.

It's average for selection and quality overall and prices are going up. Cheese section is good quality, has deals and some imports.nI wanted cookies from the bakery but they're made with palm oil and margarine!?! Boxed/factory cookies are like that. Give us real butter, or un- hydrogenated oil in cookies and pastries please and stop feeding us junk. Guess I'm baking my own oatmeal raisin cookies today.

Its a smaller store than Zehrs but the selection was better. I found three items here that I couldn't find at Zehrs.

Great assortment. But prices are a bit higher than at the other shops
