Friendly staff. Always happy to explain everything about your vehicle. Gone in expecting to spend a lot of money fixing things and was told half of the things are not needed. Very good place.

Terrible experience! I went to this place a few months ago for a A/C inspection since the air conditioning wasn't cooling enough. After a quick check they told me that the car would be ready in about 2 hours so I left the car and went back home. Two hours later I came back to pick it up and turns out that my car wasn't ready, in fact, they didn't touch it at all in those two hours so at the end they made me wait there for 6 hours! and the worst part is that they couldn't fix the problem and I ended up paying $500 for an unfixed A/C. However, they gave a free oil change in compensation for the waiting (pretty nice right?) but guess what, I recently brought back the car for the free oil change and once I got there the staff told me that they cannot receive more cars since the shop was already full for the day (even though I made an appointment 4 days before!). I don't have anything against these ppl but if they don't have the decency of giving you a call to cancel the appointment then they obviously don't care about customer service at all...

Great service! Never does anything that doesn’t need to be done! Honest! I’ve been a loyal customer since they were on Imperial!

I highly recommend Crompton Brothers. I had an emergency breakdown and they fit me in right away. Took care of everything for me and reasonably priced. I brought it back as I thought my AC wasn't working, they checked it and couldn't find anything wrong and didn't charge me. Great service and great people.
