Our practice provides a full complement of services in all aspects of medicine and surgery.

Story

We are a 3 doctor veterinary practice owned by Dr. Ab Hague and located at Ness Ave & Sturgeon Road, just North of Grace Hospital. We have been open since 1977 and provide quality care and compassion to all of our patients.

We offer a wide range of services for dogs, cats and exotic patients.
- Annual wellness exams & vaccinations
- X-rays
-Surgery (spays & neuters, dentistry, and other non-elective procedures such as growth removals, abdominal exploratories, etc).
- In house laboratory diagnostics
- Ultrasound equipped
- Wing clipping and tooth trims for exotics

I had the pleasure of meeting Dr Kovacs when my 12 yr old schnauzer mix was in distress & my regular vet clinic could not fit me in short notice. I was too concerned about my pet to not do something with a long weekend looming. My vet suggested this clinic as an alternative &  they were able to fit me in. Found the staff very friendly and thorough in their prep questions for the vet. Dr Kovac was very empathetic & knowledgeable finding the source of my dog’s distress quickly. Was in & out with a complete set of instructions & supplies, meds etc and found the cost very reasonable. I would highly recommend them.

We recently moved into the city and decided to change vets as this one is very close to our new house. We are extremely happy with the service we recieved. A lot of Vets seem to be very judgy about what you feed your dog etc. and we didnt get any of that here. All the staff was very friendly. The Dr. took the time to have a conversation with us about our dog and was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. We had perscription allergy pills that they even took the time to quarter for us as our small dog gets a small dose (our last vet just gave us the pills and I had to cut them all up myself). Rates are reasonable and wait time was minimal. Look forward to dealing with them for years to come.

They take excellent care of our dog and are reasonably priced. They really seem to care about our puppy and love when he visits.

Dr. K. MacDonald and the staff at Crestview were very caring, compassionate, supportive and professional when our little baby loss her battle to cancer. Her final moments were filled with love and finally peace. We will forever grateful with everyone at Crestview.
