It is simply one of the best vet clinics I have visited. We recently moved to Winnipeg and were trying to find a place to spay our cat. Not only the prices are very affordable compared to other places, the level of care and attention to details is just fantastic, you will literally feel the coziness of this place. They honestly treat your loved one as a human, giving him/her the best they can. In addition, I would like to say thank you very very much to Brandi, she is a true professional and helped me a lot to answer all my questions.
Also, my decision to visit this particular clinic was based on reviews, so hopefully this one will help someone else to decide.

They are timely and prompt. The veterinarians I've had experienced all have great bedside manners. My pup doesn't mind going to the vet at all. I would recommend them.

Just a fantastic place to take your pet. We always leave feeling like we've gone to the right people and we are better informed than when we walked in. The people behind the desk are all incredibly nice and helpful.

Both Drs Boyd and Robertson have taken care of my feisty 8 lb. poodle, Joe, who is a happy 17 years old in a gentle decline.  This is an expensive time, which is only to be expected as old age brings infirmity, and both vets have been sensitive to the limits of my budget while we figure out Joe's best care.  They have answered my questions in full and been willing to spend the time to educate me about Joe's issues.  The service itself has been responsive to emergency calls (he just ate 4 giant chocolate cookies!  He just had a seizure!) and I have gotten quick and useful advice over the phone without cost.  All the staff, vets and support staff, have been kind, friendly, and easy to deal with.  Finally, the costs have been cheaper than at two other veterinarian clinics I have used.  I am very happy with Birchwood.
