I am blown away by the staff and service at Creston Optometric Eye Care. After suffering with headaches and vision issue while working at my computer I decided to come in and get an eye exam. They were able to find me a prescription that works and showed me the utmost kindness and were through from the very start. I have to say, the cherry on top was when I visited the eyeglasses area. I was helped by Jackie R. And let me tell you, she is an asset to that buiness. She was not only helpful, she showed a genuine care and compassion for my situation. She took the time to listen to my needs, assisted me in picking out glasses and even spent the time explaining all the different styles progressive, transitions etc.. I dont think the experience could have been any better and I thank them very much for helping me feel good from start to finish.
Was referred to this place by a close friend and went. Had tests done I didn't even know about and was explained everything. Fast turn around and everyone was friendly and professional. I'll be going back for sure.
Brutal customer service at this place. Very difficult to get personal information from these people. More excuses than answers. If you can travel I would try an optometrist in another nearby city. Since this is the only service of it's kind in town there seems to be high tolerance for incompetence and unknowable staff. If you love excuses and deflection when it comes to your vision and eyewear needs and concerns then this is totally the place for you.
