Crescent Heights Convenience Store Ltd

I usually go here almost daily as I work close by but I highly doubt I will ever be back. The older balding male was EXTREMELY rude and aggressive. He charged me for a gift card that never went through for the 2nd receipt to activate and became increasingly abrasive and angry when I asked for a refund. I eventually got it but this was after him slamming the gift card that wouldn't work back on the counter and giving me the worst customer service ever. He barely wears a mask or cares to make any type of effort to make a customer feel welcome. Terrible experience.

My kid just went here and was sold a small pop for 2.85, and a small bag of doritos... no signage on the wall for pricing and the lady also let her leave the store while still oweing 75 cents. Usually you don't sell something to a child if they don't have the money for it.

It's a convenience store with great selection, great hours of operation, and a great location for locals in the neighbourhood. It's the only convenience store in the area. They also offer delivery of their goods through the local "Let's order in app."
