This is a real gem for anyone looking to find high quality olive oil and balsamic vinegars. Their inventory of infused oils is second to none, and is combined with a large selection of balsamics. Selection of straight extra virgin was limited at the time of our visit, but they were expecting a large delivery the next day. Staff is very knowledgeable and able to assist with making a choice. Location is easy to get to in downtown Medicine Hat. Highly recommend a visit.

The tour is absolutely fun, interesting and delicious! Great atmosphere and really great, welcoming décor. The selection of oils, vinegar, food runs and makeilup is top knotch!
