Walter and Karl Neuhaus spend most of their time listening to understand your concerns and responding with the best treatment options for you. They are both highly trained in Esthetic and Reconstructive dentistry and Dr. Walter has been placing dental implants for over 20 years. After several visits to one of the "corporate dental" (chains - ugh) locations in town, I finally listened to my husband and made an appointment at Creekside Dentistry. First of all, from the moment Linda answered the phone, she was beyond nice and helpful. They were able to get me an appointment the very next day - and after 5 as well, which is so convenient with my work schedule. The office is extremely modern and nice - water and coffee in the waiting room are a nice tough, although I didn't wait long. I saw Dr. Karl, and he was extremely thorough and thoughtful about my concerns, and I didn't feel rushed or dismissed at all. My cleaning was also at very high standards, and the hygienist even took a few steps to see if I could have another cleaning this year to get full value from my insurance. From start to finish, EVERYONE here goes the extra mile, and it shows. I'll never change dentists again!

I needed an infected tooth pulled asap
I Googled for a local dentist and found Creekside Dentistry. I called them and they got me in within 5 hours. When I arrived for my appointment,  I was pleasantly surprised to find the most caring professional staff that one could imagine.
Dr.Walter and his assistant Tina pulled the tooth painlessly.

After reviewing my bill, I noticed a charge of $72.00.
When I asked about it I was told it was for not having a prescheduled appointment.
Checked with 3 other dental offices and found that none of them charged extra for no appointment.
I am now in the process of changing dentists.

Couldn't be happier. They've managed to fit into my schedule very easily, and have gotten me in within an hour when I've had an emergency. Very pleasant staff.

I hadn't been to a dentist in over twenty years but after my last wisdom tooth left got infected I had no choice. Dr Karl was professional, friendly , funny and calming. He took the tooth out that first day pain free and it just got better from there. My hygienist Angela  may have well been named angel. She did a great job making sure it was as painless as possible and she too is calming often singing with the song playing overhead. The girls at the front counter are always helpful, patient and pleasant. Even the employees I pass in the hall that I've never met say hi. I can't find a weak link in this chain. This might sound crazy but I look forward to my appointments. Highly recommend
