I would like to thank everyone at aspire for their dedication to helping me today resolve the most painful issue with my teeth. They were the most kind, caring mixed with the most intellectual dental group I have ever known. You are truly a blessing to humanity and your profession. Thank you so much for today. Needed a tooth pulled, after 3 hours and 6 shots of Novocain - which the nerve was missed all 6 times - the dentist then realized the root was wrapped around my jawbone and she didn't know what to do. I would have to drive to the NF office to a more experienced dentist. There the more experienced dentist yelled at the office staff that the owner needed to be contacted as he was tired of cleaning up her messes. All this and they charged me for the torture treatment. I tried going to the NF office but the dental work is shoddy at best. Had a cap put in in Spring 2015 and it has already fallen out - do yourself a favor and go to anyone else but here !! One star is being generous ....

I went in for a check up and found some cavities, no problem. They said they had checked my insurance and that it would be covered 75%. However a month or so later, i received and additional bill for nearly $200. It turns out that the insurance company only covers the silver fillings at 75% and the white fillers are not covered. Now it's my fault for not knowing this at the time, i could have done more research to know there where different options available. However i asked the insurance company if this is common and they said yes. Whenever a dental clinic calls to check ones insurance coverage they are specific about such coverage. This clinic doesn't even offer the silver fillings (understandably due to mercury content), and i asked the lady whether they knew different types of fillings are covered differently and she responded with a yes. So if everyone did their job, i should have been told from the beginning that the white fillings they were giving me where not covered. In the end, i feel tricked and a little screwed, like they knew it wouldn't be covered but in order to get my business they told me it would be and got away with a technicality. As a previous review said it "their priority is your wallet and not your mouth."

Ive been coming to the Aspire Family Dental since 2009 after going to Advantage in N. Falls and never once have i been mistreated or had problems with my teeth. I moved away to Allegany county in March 2012 and the dentists here messed my teeth up so bad that in May 2015 i had to get all my upper teeth fixed and in the midst of getting uppers i ran into some problems in Tennessee meeting a cousin and the dentist dropped me so i went back to Aspire and im so happy. Things are smoothly going along and i wish i never left them.
