Horrible experience in person at the clinic and horrible experience trying to communicate by phone or email. It was bad to begin with and has been worse since covid.
I'm already in my 33 wks and all thanks to Dr. Sharma and the team for making our journey successful. Forever be grateful for showing us care and lots of possibilities even though I'm already at the later age for pregnancy they didn't show discouragement but all positive support. Can't thank them enough.
Create was just amazing ! although it's the biggest IVF Clinic in Canada the warm feeling we received from Dr Librach and the Nurses made it feel like home . Currently Starting our second journey with them. Highly recommended !!!

I have worked with Dr. Librach and Dr. Baratz, as well as a handful of nurses in my journey with this clinic - directly with Deanna, Yvette and brief interactions with many other members of the nursing staff, and of course the program assistant Leanne. This is a fantastic clinic to work with! Highly Recommended!
