Since 2 weeks I'm waiting that someone call me to book an appointment !!!!! I ask myself if those people are competent...
Compassionate, professional staff. Always returns emails and phone calls in a timely manner. Office and staff have a homey vibe that makes you feel welcome, comfortable and stress free.
Why is it impossible to speak to a human?? They take weeks of respond to your call if they even do it. And when you call for a simple question that they should have answered already there is no way to talk to a human being in real time. All answering machines.
So far, I've had a great experience at Mount Sinai Fertility. My doctor is very "to the point", which I appreciate. The nurses have always been kind, and the receptionist always gets back to my million and one emails, in a pretty timely manner. I feel well taken care of here:
