Derek and his team are simply THE BEST! Since the tasting, we looked forward to the reception to corn and salmon in particular. We especially want to thank the team for accommodating all our guests’ allergies and dietary restrictions, Derek made it so easy for us and all our guests were so full and happy at the end of the night. We have received so many compliments on food, many of our guests said that this was the best catering company they had ever encountered. My husband and I couldn’t agree more. The staff were so professional on the day, we can’t recommend Derek and the team enough!

WOW! Where to even begin. We had Roll'N Coal cater our wedding. They did an amazing job. We had guests with celiac and allergies, and vegetarian preferences and they accommodated all with ease. The food from dinner to dessert was absolutely delicious, everyone could not stop talking about it! Derek was so easy to work with, and was so nice and professional on the day. highly highly recommend!!

We hired Roll n Coal to cater our wedding. We had just under 60 guests including ourselves. We had guests with severe celiac disease, those who are vegans/vegetarians, others who are lactose free, and some who are sugar free. Roll n Coal was incredibly accommodating to all of our dietary needs and restrictions. We chose the brisket, ribs, jackfruit and tuscan chicken for our main dishes and they were all amazing; we’re still dreaming about the ribs, we didn't want to stop eating! The garlic mashed potatoes were hands down the best potatoes we’ve ever had, and they were amplified when mixed with their corn medley. Derek and the rest of the Roll n Coal team were easy to work with. They showed up early, made everything on the venue, and didn’t blink an eye when we asked them to move their station as we had made a mistake when planning where canapes would be served. Every guest we had went back for seconds, and there was plenty of food to feed them. We are so happy that we went with Roll n Coal, and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for some BBQ catering. We hope we get to eat Roll n Coal again someday! What a great catering company. They came thru last minute booking October for our Christmas Party at Ken’s Tire and Wheel in December. Right from the start, prompt communication and established a menu to suit our needs for 20 people. The food was delicious…..great value for what we paid. I definitely recommend them for any type of catering needs. Job well done Derek, Amie and anyone else involved.

Absolutely delicious feast provided by Roll'n Coal to our crew today! Every single item they brought was beyond yummy, the shop still smells like smoked delight! Truly outstanding BBQ fare, great service, very reasonable pricing. We will be ordering from Roll'n Coal again for sure!

We had Roll'N Coal BBQ cater our wedding in April 2022. Derek, Amie and his team were amazing to work with, they were so helpful and kind and answered any questions and dietary restrictions that I had. The food was so delicious, so many of our guests said it was the best wedding food they had ever tasted. Get the brisket, you wont regret it : We could not have been any happier with their service. If I could give 100 stars - I would. We recently hired Roll'N Coal for our wedding and they were fantastic. They are more than a BBQ catering company - they offer charcuterie and fancy passed appetizers and they will cater to your menu needs and their food and service is outstanding. They go above and beyond and you get excellent value for your money - which is so appreciated in this economy. I cannot say enough good things about Roll N' Coal - do not hesitate to hire them.
