In 1979 Mike Vitow arrived at Cultus lake with a suitcase and some wonderful recipes from New York City where he grew up. J. Beethoven's Pizza opened it's doors on May 18th of that year and has pleased thousands of people since. In March 2005, J. Beethoven was purchased by Najib Abunnadi to carry on the 26 year old tradition of J. Beethoven's Pizza.
