Ordered 24 cupcakes for my daughter's birthday. They were overcooked hard and very bland. I could of made better ones from a box mix from the store. The place seemed very messy too... I had never been there. I placed my order on the phone. When I got there I was a bit shocked. Felt like a waste of $60 I would not go back.

Hey people liz here ,i worked for 9 mo at craigs bakery kamloops.since we were open at 6 am it was really tough to decide what breakfast was going to be .fresh croissants ,or hot cinnamon Buns varieties of flavors.or was it going to be those beautiful big hot muffins with melting butter .absolutely delicious.or at lunch their deli has favorites ,great sub sandwiches or several other lunch items .the sausage rolls are amazing .no matter what you buy ,you won't be disappointed .enjoy everything they have to offer and really reasonable prices .you won't be disappointed. . Well about the only thing from this bakery that’s good anymore is the sausage rolls and the pita bread. I don’t know if u can make any worse of a sandwhich or even call it that. Had a turkey sub 8.95 came with bread mayo 2 slices of processed cheese and three thin slices of turkey and butter no veggies barely any meat drowning in mayo and butter. I say butter but it’s most likely margarine. Is that even a sub. The bread even though it’s made in house bought a loaf of sandwhich bread which is normally a thick heavy bread theirs is air bread it was awful just fell apart in sandwhich form. It became breadcrumbs was the only use I could find for it. Honestly go to Safeway their bread kills this place , their sandwhich bar is amazing and you’ll probably pay about the same and your stomach will thank you. Do Better craigs this is abismal. I’ve been going to your bakery for thirty years not so much for anything but sausage rolls or pita now since the bakery has just gone downhill. Forgot lunch today won’t make that mistake again

Picked up some apple cinnamon cinnamon rolls, cheese scones, and a couple mocha's on our way out of Kamloops. Absolutely amazing selection, and exceptional customer service. Will definitely stop in again when I'm in Kamloops again

My nana has been talking about this Bakery for a couple years now. Raving about their baked goods & bread. I am in from Ontario visiting & thought I’d check it out for myself this morning. I was instantly greeted by a lovely young lady who talked me through the store, the routines, & all the baked options. Prices are right & the smells alone make it hard to leave without some treats. I can’t wait to break into the treats I picked up today! It’s situated in a busy plaza with lots of parking.

Excellent local bakery.Good selections of goodies and reasonably priced. Also, a couple tables for dine in coffee.

I used to work directly for Craig in Chase. It was an awful experience. He was verbally abusive, shamed me and poked fun at my small frame constantly. There was NEVER a day in all the years I lived there they didn't have a "help wanted" sign up in the window, for good reason. I was subjected to unrealistic tests and expectations, then put down for not being able to make over 100 face sized pancakes for the whole town all at once on Easter morning... With ONE stovetop!!! I give one star because some of his bread isn't bad. I know firsthand the quality

I am consistently shocked at the below average food from here. The baked goods, like bread, tarts, and other pastries are average but every time I eat something from here I question whether or not they actually make anything from scratch here. Today my cream puff was filled with canned pie filling and cool whip.

Great deserts, however I would highly advise against using their delivery service. The 2 times we have used them, both deliveries have been late and not even just 5-10 minutes - i'm talking half hour If you have catering, I would highly recommend picking it up VS having it delivered.

Posting for my parents who last week bought the world’s stalest cookies from Craig’s and now today purchased “fresh” bread that has mould on it and smells of mould as well.
