COWS Queen Street

We've been taking all our guests here for years but go with caution. Yesterday we were treated like "cattle" as staff YELLED at customers to go outside to wait. Embarrassed that our 4 guests were treated so rudely. Ice cream is good and merchandise fun but treatment of customers leaves a lot to be desired. UPDATE: I sent a letter regarding the above experience to their head office and they responded back in a personal letter apologizing with free ice cream coupons enclosed. Very happy with COWS written response. Hopefully it translated into their stores and the customer service there. I’ve increased from 3 to 4 stars because of their personal response.

Very crowded, long wait, awkward line up, BUT 100% WORTH IT. Best ice cream and waffle cones I've ever had. Lots of fun flavors. The t-shirts are funny too.

Located right next to some great PEI landmarks! Exceptional ice cream.(as always!) Some longer lines sometimes, but it's COWS, what do you expect. Seriously, it's the best ice cream in the world, literally. My only problem is that there is a lot of homeless people that sit around there. Now, I have nothing against homeless people, it's just a lot of them are obviously faking it to get some quick money. I've seen some of them whip out a cellphone before. It's just sad. Anyways, bottom line, COWS IS AWESOME!!

Crowded place for a reason. The ice cream selection is amazing and change everyday. Of course some classics remains. They also have a lot of goodies with puns related to cows. I can't resist every time I go to PEI to get at least one of those, either a t-shirt or a magnet, anything really. The prices are not that cheap though.
