Lost all my gambling money pretty quickly. Ate some great poutine in the bar and watched a hockey game. Food and drink was good, just not very lucky there.

Stopped in for dinner, as someone was serving a pizza as we walked in that looked phenomenal, well I had to try it. The pizza was absolutely phenomenal. Im so glad I went with that choice. The Caesar salad wasn't the best yesterday, but im definitely going back to try it again, as they make their own dressing, and the server was so amazing even tho I wasn't a super huge fan of it, she removed it from the bill. Which didnt need to be done, but definitely appreciated which is why I will go back. Thank you for some incredible pizza!!!!nHuge shout out to Taryn , keep up the great work and your compassion for customers feedback!

A HUGE shout out to Cowboys for their support of tge Trails West Wolves Hockey Association!nnTheir treatment of the volunteers is absolutely topnotch. They have specific people present to guide the volunteers on what and how to do their jobs in the casino. They are friendly and attentive which makes the experience fun and interesting.nnThe volunteers lounge is fully stocked with all kinds of drinks and snacks. Each volunteer gets a meal of their choice from any of the menus delivered right to the volunteers lounge. I had the steak dinner and the steak was cooked perfectly nnThe TV in the lounge has tons of channels and allows for the time to pass quickly during the lulls.nnEven the pit bosses are so patient with newbies on how to enter data when opening and closing tables.nnI have done much volunteering in the past but can't remember being treated this well during a volunteer session before.

It was okay. Wouldnt rush back.. I ordered a pizza. I waited an absolute age, and when it finally turned up after I complained it was stone cold. The staff acted sorry, but the excuse was unbelievable: the chef had finished their shift, cooked my pizza, left it on the counter, and walked out.nnAnd this is in a casino.. a place that’s meant to keep you comfortable, well-fed, and wanting to stay. Most casinos pride themselves on great food, fast service, and good drinks. This felt like the complete opposite.nnReally disappointing, especially for a casino.nnIf you happen to be there, fine. Otherwise, go to any other casino.
