Went there for new years eve.. place was packed and the staff did a great job managing the influx of people

Absolute  best place to people watch in Calgary! The staff are amazing! The security besides being quite the lookers are very professional and on top of things. Bar staff are the best! I am always so impressed how all staff can deal with Absolute craziness on a bar/hockey/gambling night and also on a slow night. Working extremes can be difficult and they are the best!

The most peaceful and generous Casino I have ever been

Other than the fact that I lost all my money, I wasn't too impressed. The bartenders in the middle of the slot room were less than impressive. Absolutely did not make me feel welcome. When I asked about the specials he said there weren't any. When I asked why, he said they're redoing their menu. So it's not possible to have specials while redoing the menu? Interesting. I ordered the ginger beef. It was not good, at all. The only thing good about it was the rice it sat upon. Little to no flavour due to the lack of sauce. They were chewy and over cooked and too sweet. Not happy. My friend had wings, I didn't try them. They looked like every other wing ever. He said they just okay. The customer service, again was so lack luster. Not a smile from anyone. The only person that smiled was the bouncer upon arrival. Although the other bouncer seemed to follow me around until I located the coat check in which I checked my bag. I paid $4 to do that. The girl there...not a smile from her either. Why am I paying to check my bag when you FORCED me to do it? The other casinos don't charge me for that since I'm about to spend my entire paycheck. Needless to say, avoid Cowboys. It's no fun, no one is happy and the food is gross.nn*** I have tried to contact the email provided on numerous occasions to no avail. I have simply copied and pasted the email into the address bar. Not sure why my emails are not going through ****

Amazing place! Every time I visit,I'm treated with respect by managers, floor staff and servers. The atmosphere is incredible,and highly recommend to anyone looking for a fun night out
