The slots here have  to be set as tight as a casino can legally set them. Run from this casino to one that might  not be as tight. Considering slots would appear to be their main business they don't reward players here.  Also, check through the reviews carefully. You can see yourself how "local guides" give 5 or 4 star reviews greatly  messing with the true rating it should have from  typical customer reviews. Most average customers like the food and parking and that's not saying much. Should have terrific food considering the money they must be raking in here.

Never have I met a less professional "team" of front door staff.
I went to a staff function there recently and was treated very poorly upon arriving. I was told that my pupils were large and that I was not coming in. I thought it was a joke at first to be honest. 
After attempting to reason with some very unreasonable people, I was told I would be removed forcefully if I didn't go. So I did.
Then one of the two doormen proceeded to stand behind the door and point and laugh at me. 
Seriously I'm 34 years old just trying to play some cards with my coworkers on a regular day for christmas and I have this little punk tell me I'm on drugs and laugh at me.
My fiance was inside already as she didn't have her ID and we both look young for our age. You know how these guys are about checking pretty girls ID's... but that's another issue. 
After telling her we have to go, she went to try to talk to them. I advised her against it as they were bullies, but she wasn't hearing any of that. Long story short, the bullies were unphased by her words and one of them followed her back to my truck and recorded our licence plate. 
Finally after all that uneeded embarrassment towards people who had merely tried to pleasantly frequent a public establishment, the man grabbed her phone from her as she was taking his picture, breaking off her nail in a pretty gruesome way. When I went to check his name tag, he tore it off his shirt very quickly and hid it in his pocket.
Shady guys... this place is filled with thugs and run by losers and bullies. Stay away if you know what's good for you. There are plenty of hospitable casinos in Calgary for you to throw money at. These turds don't deserve your business.

Have been going here for years. It's ok, the food has improved, but still not as good as the other casinos in Calgary.

 I personally choose not to support them anymore, because about 2 weeks ago on a Friday night. After blowing  $1000+  in a few hours I return to my vehicle to find it was opened and robbed.   The head security explained even if they see anything I'm not allowed to view the camera for "privacy reasons"     I feel no justification was done on my behalf to feel secure within their own facinity. For this you will loose $1000s + /year....just from me alone.
