I worked as a volunteer at the casino.  The floor staff were exceptional.  Security was gentle with the volunteers and everything went as it was supposed to on the floor.nThere are table games and lots of slots.nnI had a Philly cheesesteak and fries.  The dipping sauce was overly salty and the fries were cold and a few seemed to be from a couple of orders before.  If you can’t do hot and fresh French fries then change something.nnI told the kitchen the uneaten fries were cold and some recooked and I didn’t get a response as the person poked at the fries in the basket.nnDo better.

The real gem about Ace Casino Blackfoot is the restaurant. The food quality is excellent and the prices are amazing. Great place to grab a bite to eat. I highly recommend the Clubhouse sandwich and the chicken fingers. The slot selection is decent, but for some reason you can't increase the volume. That part is disappointing. It makes it less fun to play the machines.

Greasy place.nnMy friend and I were at the black jack table. My friend clearly signaled to hit and she said he said stay. I stayed and won the hand.nnWe asked for the manager to look at the cameras to confirm.nnShe gave us such attitude. While we were waiting she said to me well you won so I’ll pay you out while we wait.nnManager comes back and confirms he said hot and not stay. No apology offered still attitude.nnManager made her take back my winnings she paid me out. Dealer and I both ended up getting 20 and tied.nnAbsolutely pathetic. I had to make a big stink to finally get my money. No apologies from the management or the dealer for the attitude and clear screw up. Don’t waste your money here. I’ve always had a good experience at Grey Eagle and literally any other casino.

This is one of the great places to have a fundraising. Their charity casino nights have been great helping out with many different associations and organizations.  The restaurant is great price and great food. Many knowledgeable staff everywhere. Just make sure to know how a game plays before sitting down to gamble. Also wheelchairs  accessible all around.

Best Casino EvernI love the foods, it never disappoint me .nWhen you enter the casino , you feel at home coz the Guest services staff will greet you with big smile. The staffs are all nice.nnKeep it up!
