Not the fanciest cafe, but coffee is awesome and felt mine I was in Italy! :

This place is excellent. I found the owner guy to be very warm and friendly and he encourages you to relax and take your time while you are there. I had a Corrado and some gelato and everything was very good. This place has a genuine Italian feel to it. It has kind of that solid, earthy, petit-bourgeois feel to it, and I mean that in the most complimentary way possible. Often there will be crowds for the big soccer games, which gives the place a more lively atmosphere. The Filipina lady who worked there was also nice and friendly, chatting with the regular customers, and just being generally personable.

It's about time this place be accountable for the way they conduct business. The last time I put foot there was almost two years ago...the lady was so disconnected, rude, cold and unhygienic for a place that serves food. I am not surprised to read the story and the happenings.

I drink coffee there pretty much every day. Old atmosphere with wicked sports you won't get at home unless you subscribe to the ultimate sports package.

Food was not worth the price; service was bad and was not friendly at all. Would not recommend to family nor friends. Better to go to Starbucks at that point.
