This will be my first and last experience with this particular cousins subs. From the beginning to the end it was a poor experience. Pulling in the lady taking our order through the drive thru had an attitude because we didn't know what we wanted and asked questions about a sandwhich because we couldn't read the sign. We finish ordering a BLT, roast pork, and cheese curds and waited 5 minutes for our food which would have been acceptable had they not forgotten our cheese curds. To be fair they hadn't charged us either for the curds so we simply left as to not deal with the rude lady. Get home after 5 minutes of driving and my BLT has 3 slices of bacon on it and the roast pork is cold. I won't be returning.
The ladies behind the counter were SO FRIENDLY! Loved it! My order was right And it was done quick. Would recomemd and go back!
Waited in line for 5 minutes before being acknowledged, then the lady didn’t listen to what I asked for and had an attitude. That being said, it looks like the store is understaffed, but the Philly cheese steak I ordered was 2/3 bread and a 1/3 meat. I didn’t think anyone could make a worse cheese steak than Subway but Cousins nailed the underwhelming lunch of the month.
we came here to pick up delivery orders and it took way longer then it should have. the staff was dragging their feet big time. they were moving so slow and just walking around behind the counter instead of doing the orders. the order we had to pick up was a small sub with a cup of soup. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! unless you wanna sit around and waste your time!
Not the best customs in greenbay but it does the job, it's a nice sub place that delivers. They got my order wrong but it was the lunch rush and wasn't the biggest mistakeFood: 4/5
The sub was mangled, and the sub was falling out of the wrapper. The service was not good either. I am a loyal customer too, but I will no longer be going to this location anytime soon.
They have the best sandwich bread compared to other sandwich shops. The toppings are bad. Onions are way too pungent, use less of them. The thinnest slices of cheese ever, the spring mix was horribly bitter and the fries are the worst I have ever had. My entire family hated their food here. Staff was very friendly.
The staff were ALL friendly. The store was super clean. The best part was their bathroom was spotless and smelled nice.
About 4 customers inside, 1 car in drive thru...stood at cash register for 10 min, the whole team including manger walked by, looked at me only to never take my order. Too many places to eat near by to go to this place again.
Best cousins to go to puts the location on the east side to shame if you want cousins go to Ramada you’ll get the best service for your money 100%
