I go here a lot, love the food. Today I was turned away because they wouldn't accept legal tender in the form of a 50 dollar bill. If I can't use money I receive from my bank then you don't need my business. Another business was more than happy to help me "Eat Fresh".
Has all the warmth of a penal colony! No color/warmth to the eating area. Service from the shift manager, no less wasn't much better. Between his yawns as I placed my order and getting the order WRONG cup instead of bowl of chili would've earned ZERO stars. HOWEVER, coworker saw error and corrected before handing over my order. Dang! If I didn't love the subs I would not be coming back. BUT they are SO good...
Our local cousins subs in Regency mall area Racine WI. Rocks , they prepare the best subs around , never skimp on portions, and are always very upbeat and cheerful....going there is a treat !!!Food: 5/5
It's OK. It's a small location and could use an update on the inside. The coolest part is that there is a drive thru window but it can take a while to get through.Food: 3/5
Really good hot and cold subs. Turkey Bacon lettuce sub, Philly cheese steak with onions & peppers. The broccoli cheese soup was good & thick. Highly Recommended.
Fries sad and undercookee. Almost gave me the wrong sandwich, good thing i checked the receipt. Team working seem disoriented and didn't know the menu and whats on a philly sandwich. Waited for a while for the correction to the sandwich. Sandwich came out good, will probably go to jersey mikes down the road instead of going here again.
Waiting is the name of the game here. To say service is slow is a major understatement. The dining area had nearly a dozen people waiting for their order. Most waited longer than 25min. Several Doordash drivers were stacked up waiting as well. The employee working the counter is slow and appears bored in his attitude toward customers. After waiting 20min for one sandwich, a bacon cheddar the quality of the food was equal to the quality of service. Poor! A completely uninspired, minimally equipped sandwich. Slapped together with zero care
The food is always good but I was grossed out by the employees walking around with toothpicks in their mouths. Food Saftey people!
Ordered a tuna with onion / lettuce . Got to work 5 minutes later . Open it up to smooshed, soggy unappetizing ! ! Paper wrap so tight it smashed it all in to this .. what a disappointment ! co-works walked by asking what is that ? ?
Stopped for a late lunch the ladies were very very overwhelmed but they handled all the customers with Professional care and great communication; the food was good too! Customers should be mindful that there is a nationwide staff shortage. It's called fast food not instant!
