My stay was nice. I had some very loud neighbors when I arrived in the afternoon but they were quite by night time. The bathroom vent did not work and the toilet had a drip that kept me up. It is a nice convenient location for me. I did not use the pool or gym. The front staff was very courteous and attentive.

Myself, sister, and mom love this place. Great staff, clean rooms, lobby with fireplace, excercise and and pool area, breakfast included with stay.  We were here for 2 days and loved it. Will definitely come back. Eric you are the best! Also thank you Stephanie for all your help with our check in and a big thank you to the rest of the staff who made our stay enjoyable.

Had my wedding close by they were very welcoming and helpful. Adjusted check in to help all guests from wedding. The room was awesome stayed in jacuzzi room. Awesome set up!

I'm not one to complain and it doesn't take much for me to have a nice stay. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but everything kept adding up. Started with our keys not working. Tried 3 rooms then stayed in a room without a key that worked. Had to prop the door open yo go in and out. Bathrooms by pool were plugged and flooding. We shut the water off so it would stop. 3 days later they did nothing. Didn't even empty the trash cans from day 1. Never had enough clean towels for swimming. Way too much chlorine in the pool. We all broke out in rashes and it burned your eyes walking into the pool area. Rooms were nice though. The continental breakfast had no juice or coffee. Not enough plates for people to eat the little food they had. This place could be very nice, but management has it all messed up. There are better places to stay in Green Bay for your money.
