Our group of 8 was looking for a place to stay one night on July 3rd. I called Coulee Cabins 3 times and left 2 messages. Never even received a return call! Not what I consider acceptable customer services. Even if they were booked, it would have been decent to at least call back.

Myself and another fisherman stayed in Dovetail. Awesome little cabin. Great price and 5 awesome spring creeks within 5 miles. Very friendly owners and plan on staying there again. Dove tail does not have cable so you can become a bit lost on time and place which was awesome for a couple of trout bums. Coon Valley has very reasonable places to eat and get a beer.

Scenic, atmospheric location- very quiet rural vibe in the hills and valleys of SW Wisconsin. If you want to get away from it all and kick back this is a great spot. Very comfortable lodging, and Keith and Jody are very friendly folks- we'll be back for sure!
