I went to Costi to find help and direction in a new career. Brian Thomson saw me through from beginning to the end. From creating a resume and a job specific cover letter to job searching methods. He coached me on the proper tailoring of a resume to meet the highest number of potential applicants. He also personally contacted prospective employers to put me ahead of the hiring pool. He continuously followed up with me and offered guidance. I really felt that I was not alone in journey to find employment. Due to his hard work, I have recently found a position that meets the career goals that I was searching for. Thank you Brian for all your hard work and dedication to helping me find employment!

So at first, the staff were helpful. My employment counsellor was extremely nice and empathetic of my situation. I understand it's hard to customize plans for people who are job hoppers or experience certain circumstances in their life that hinder them from finding secure employment. The work counsellor was a kind lady. The career counsellor, on the other hand, seemed out of it; when attempting to register me for programs. She blabbed on for an hour and seemed not all there for some reason. She just assumed she could register me for all sessions without asking me for my permission. When I told her I have to look at my schedule and make sure which sessions fit in, she kept pushing me; saying if I was serious about employment, that I would just go to all these sessions and if I don't want to go, to just message her. So ever since, I've been receiving messages about sessions I don't reply to.

I’d been looking for work on my own for a while and finding it extremely difficult when a friend recommended Costi to me. At first I was sceptical as I haven't had much luck with "job agencies" but, I'm very happy to say, They have friendly and very helpful staff, a clean environment, Free coffee at the reception area, which, made me feel warm and welcome. Since my first visit, I’ve enjoyed the many workshops and I’d highly recommend visiting Costi to help you with your job search as I have learnt and benefitted quite a lot. I’m really happy to say that I have been able to confidently attend my interviews and land a job which would have not been possible if I didn’t walk into Costi and I therefore strongly recommend that, if you know where you want to be and are focused on getting there, walk into Costi and give them an opportunity to guide you to it because they know just how to help you realise your ambition!

Very kind and helpful staff. I met with Adrianna and Eva. Adrianna went over and beyond to help me. Both ladies were professional, patient, smiled and put me at ease. Highly recommend Costi, especially this location as it's clean and spacious with wonderful staff.
