Dear Costco Management,nnI am writing to express my disappointment regarding an unpleasant experience I had with one of your staff members in the clothing section around 7 PM today.nWhile I was looking for a medium-sized item, a female employee named RAY approached me and, in an unprofessional and disrespectful tone, loudly asked, “What do you need?!” She then raised her voice again and said, “As you can see, it’s already arranged according to size — there’s no more medium!” Her tone and manner were rude and uncalled for, especially in front of other customers who turned to look due to the commotion. I didn’t say anything anymore — I just walked away when this woman yelling at me.nnShe also spoke to another customer, and the customer replied, “I won’t mess it up.” It seemed that she didn’t want customers looking through the clothes — but how are we supposed to choose if we can’t check the items? One customer even walked away because of how rude the staff member was. How can we shop comfortably if the person arranging the clothes treats customers this way?nnAs a paying member and loyal shopper, I expect to be treated with basic courtesy and respect. This kind of behavior is not only unacceptable but also reflects poorly on the customer service standards that Costco is known for.nIf this employee is unwilling to assist customers professionally or is not interested in handling responsibilities in the clothing department, perhaps she is not suited for the role. I hope appropriate steps are taken to ensure this does not happen again to other customers.nThank you for your attention to this matter.

My new favorite costco i found it overly not to busy and I was able to find parking quick. They had alot of amazing items and great deals aswell

I bought a bag of Ambrosia Gold apples from Costco on September 12, and I was really disappointed. As soon as I opened the bag, several apples were already soft, bruised, and had brown mushy spots. This is not just a small blemish — many of them are spoiled and not enjoyable to eat.nnI expect better quality control, especially for fresh produce. It’s frustrating to pay for fruit that turns out like this, and it makes me hesitate to buy apples here again. This is not acceptable for Costco standards.

I love Costco for the value and selection, but Winterburn location seriously needs to step up when it comes to managing crowds. The place is always packed—especially on weekends—and yet somehow only half the tills are open? If you’re going to have that many people shopping, you need to match it with staffing. Waiting in line for 20+ minutes just to check out is frustrating and avoidable.nnThe staff are friendly and working hard, no complaints there. But management needs to take a hard look at how to improve flow during peak hours. More tills open, better queue management, maybe even some self-checkout options?nnCostco is all about efficiency and bulk savings—let’s make the checkout experience reflect that too.

Great location with a liquor store. Good prices. If youre not from alberta and just visiting fyi scotch is significantly cheaper here.
