My husband and I go shopping at Costco almost once a week, where we meet Jeremy several times. He is a boy full of enthusiasm for work and can make people feel his sincerity. Every time, he actively introduces products to members and invites them to try . He's definitely a very good salesperson. We all love him and are so happy to have such a cheerful and enthusiastic and cute boy in Nanaimo's Costco!
My wife and I regularly shop here as our go to for basically all things food, appliances, and household items. The staff is always friendly, and the service center team is top-notch. We’ve had particularly positive experiences with Phillip, who consistently goes above and beyond to help us with any order issues. Phillip is not only insightful and proactive but also has a great sense of humor that never fails to make us laugh. He truly makes us feel cared for and valued as customers. Thank you, Phillip, and thank you, Costco, for such outstanding service!
Very friendly and courteous staff on most occasions. They stand behind what they sell and there are a lot of quality products of you know what to look for. Not everything is a good deal so be a savvy shopper.
