Costco Pharmacy

I like shopping at Costco but the pharmacy here is a terrible place for rx pick ups. The staff here are careless and incompetent. I had a simple generic med order sent in ahead of time. When I drop by for it, lady does not bother to figure out what I need and starred at me in silence until I spoke. Then waited until pharmacist talked to me, she went back to check something, handed me off to a third lady, makes me wait again to check something again, finally a 4th lady gets the med(where is the communication?) and rings me. Of course, they don't have my rx plan and need more time to fix this too. They even had this med OTC. None of them cared to assist me properly. They just kept making me wait, this lasted about an hour. This should of been 10 minutes or handled better. Very frustrating.

I love shopping at Costco, that is why I started using their pharmacy. Last night, however, my experience was not what I normally experience. I had to pick up a prescription and to my surprise my co pay had doubled. I voiced my concern and the tech replied with" you don't have to buy it." Apparently she has not taken the time to understand that certain meds are very much needed and you just can't make the choice of not purchasing.
