Cortina Inn & Resort

I stayed here while attending the New Life Hiking Spa so you might see my review there as well. The Inn is an older establishment which is in the continuing process of being updated. It's not like it's under construction but you can see little signs of improvements everywhere. It is three stories with the basement being under ground. The basement houses the gym, game room and other fitness facilities. Rooms are on the first and second floors. There are at least three large gathering areas on the first floor as well as a well-heated indoor pool and jacuzzi. The furnishings range in age and style lending an eclectic and comfortable atmosphere. Like the inn the rooms aren't fancy but extremely comfortable. Rooms on the first floor usually have an indoor entrance from the common areas as well as an exterior door. There is no smoking inside of any of the building. The rooms on the back of the inn face the woods and are very quiet. The staff at the end have been very helpful and pleasant :). They have gone to great lengths to make sure we were comfortable. Also, there is a small pub located on the first level. It was open Friday and Saturday nights. Saturday evening the pub featured a guitarist.

The Inn was priced better than most in the area. Many amenaties, which had been advertised or pictured, were not available. They shut the breakfast down with people still in line. The room was a nice size but smelled musty. The bathroom had signs of water damage but was adequately stocked but small. The interior of the Inn was nice with a lodge style feeling and appointments

Very nice place. Clean and friendly. I was racing at the Killington Spartan Race and it was perfect for my overnight stay

Staff is amazing. The rooms are beautiful! Pool and hot tub are fantastic!!

1. Hotel smells terrible. 2. Hotel was very dirty. 3. Rooms look nothing like they were portrayed in the pictures. 4. Breakfast was not very good, and almost fell a few times on the greasy floor they obviously don’t clean. 5. The staff is very creepy, they told me they were sitting outside of my room in the middle of the night listening to my conversations. 6. They accused me of smoking in my room because they heard us talking at 2am about us saying allegedly “screw the hotel, we are smoking in the bed”… while they were listening to us at the door. ( we don’t smoke )!!!! 7. We were instructed to smoke on the balcony by the manager and of course on of our guest that we did not plan on having over that night did so and made sure not to litter put it out and threw it away in the trash in our room. 8. The guest directly across the way from us were out of control!. Harassed us at all hours of the night and were smoking cigarettes and weed in their room, through food at our door and into our room when we opened our door to see what was going on they tossed pickled and food into our hotel rooms. That evening when we returned they were waiting for us in the lobby and tried to fight our friends. 9. Housekeeping only change our sheets on one of our beds. 10. My friend’s make-up bag was missing with top of the line make-up in it, out of the room after housekeeping cleaned it. 11. There was a propane leak in the bar that had was very expensive and the food was gross. 12. They almost refused to give us an extra towel. 13. I now have over 500$ in charges add to my credit card and my friends that they refuse to explain. 14. The staff is rude and told me they don’t care they already have my money. 15. The charges have come from 2 company names that both have the same address. 16. Do not stay in a room with a balcony for the simple fact that they seemed to have been watching us and listening through our door. 17. You share a balcony with the entire floor. (Very Sketchy)! 18. I have had 4 days not of charges since I checked out and none of them will be explained to me.+ 19. Travelocity has tried multiple times to speak with a manager and they will not get back to them as well to explain any of these charges.
