This clinic operates like it’s still 1982. There’s a clinic email but it never works. My phone calls are never answered but always returned within minutes There are constant communication issues with doctors and receptionists. I need surgery that currently has a 4 year wait. Found a way to get the surgery early at a cost of $15k but needed a physical. Booked a physical and the apt I received wasn’t enough time for one. Even though I emailed the form needed, and the clinic has a printer, I was rudely sent away with no discussion to return with a paper copy of the form at my own expense. All this and it’s impossible to get an appointment within 30 days. A broken clinic that’s part of a broken system.

I find the staff here very friendly, attentive and helpful.

Do not recommend unless you have time to waste. I went in for what was supposed to be a meet & greet with a new doctor - an hour & 15 minutes later with no acknowledgement from reception, I still had not been seen. Meanwhile every single person that came in after me during that same time span was seen. If you consider your time to be valuable, go to another clinic if possible.

Some of the Doctor's are great, but the actual place is terrible. Only open from 9AM to 4PM but they are also closed from between 12-1PM. I had booked an appointment over a month in advanced and booked a day off of work for it, when the time came for the appointment I went in and they proceeded to tell me my appointment wasn't on that day and it had been rescheduled and that they had tried to contact me. I told them I had no missed call's, they also told me they sent me a letter. we then found out that they had put my phone number wrong into the system. Then two days after the appointment I received the letter they were talking about which stated that my appointment needed to be changed, so I missed a whole day of work for that. Cut to now my prescription that I started a little under a month ago runs out in 2 weeks and I did not know that my prescription couldn't be refilled, so I called them and explained that I only had 2 weeks worth left, they proceeded to tell me that they could do March the 18th and didn't seem to care in the slightest. That's no help to me, and now I have to slowly wean myself off of these pill's which were a struggle for me to get on in the first place.

Fabulous reception and our meet and greet was thorough with doctor.

They have always been there when I needed them, no complaints.
