Corkscrew

Corkscrew is over four decades old and I am sure when it first came out, the corkscrews were a sight to behold, but the coaster hasn't held up to the test of time. The location is neat, and it's fun to see, as you literally walk right under it on midway and can see it roar past your head, but, most of the time the carts are emptier and for good reason... It's a rough coaster, with no height, lack of speed and the entire purpose, the corkscrews, are dreadful to go through as you're to busy spending you're time trying to hold your neck and body still to avoid whiplash, or head trauma - okay, I am being dramatic, you probably won't actually get head trauma, but, the coaster should be on the to go list. I've been to Cedar Point no less than 50x in the last two decades and I've rode this one time... no desire to ride ever again. Rides like Wicked Twister, Disaster Transport, and even The Wildcat shouldn't have went before this one. Bypass this coaster, and save your body and time, for more impressive ones.

Horrible. 1. The ride is very short. You go down the short drop, go through an inversion, make a turnaround, go through the corkscrews, then the ride ends. If I made this element list for something like Steel Vengeance, this list would go on for ages. 2. Corkscrew’s horrible roughness. The first inversion is pretty rough, and that’s only the smoothest part. Once you go through those corkscrews, your head will bang very violently. You just want the ride to end. The good news: it does end. That’s how fast the ride goes. I wouldn’t recommend this coaster to anybody. If it’s your child’s first coaster, choose something like Iron Dragon. Corkscrew is just horrible.

I Liked the ride it was rough but its over 40 years old so of course its going to be rough and it was a one of a kind thing back then to have 3 inversions so of course its going to be short

Good little ride with a short wait. Currently my 7-year-olds favorite ride

I hate this roller coaster. It’s a rough ride. It bobs my head around like crazy and makes me feel like I’m getting a concussion

The ride didn't even last for long. All you do is get up in the hill, go down, then into a loop than that's it. I hate the ride.

Probably best suited for younger kids to ride

It was an uncomfortable experience that I rather not do again.
