This venue is participating in the Government of Alberta's COVID Program. Really appreciate for looking after customer safety. I am regular customer here - this Restaurant is “Excellent place for breakfast, lovely staff members & owner”. Always served tasteful & warm breakfast. Love the place. Worth waiting in lineup if I have to.

Always a pleasure to have breakfast at Cora Red Deer. Delicious food. Sorry no more pictures because I forgot it was really good.

Honestly, I wish I read the recent reviews before we went in. I remember this place had great service, from being greeted at the door, to being seated, asked for drinks right away, being checked on after food was delivered. While the food is still good, the service has become shoddy, at best. Once our server seated us, it took a long time to come take our orders, and even then, we weren't asked if we wanted anything to drink! Once done, we were served our bill with a POS machine, nothing says "thanks for coming, now leave" better than that! Used to be "take your time and pay on your way out, thank you". With all the negative feedback on Google and their responses to address the service, one would think it should improve. Can't say I'll be going back anytime soon.

I gave 3 stars because the customer services was excellent but e came for the all you can eat crepes, festival, and were seriously disappointed. The crepes tasted like flour and water cooked in a frying pan. Very pastey and gummy, like a glue ball. If this is to attract people to the restaurant, I don't its just going to be the customers who are disappointed.

Ordered waffles and fruit breakfast. Waffles were covered with custard. Fruit on top. Very good presentation. Fruit was all I ate. Very soggy waffles.Not amazing custard. Not what I was expecting. Not impressed.

We were invited and ordered 2 egg benny, but only 1 came on the plate. My wife was okay but informed the host please check before you pay. It was only $2-$3 difference, but that owner or the manager seriously came back saying that he checked on the camera that there were 2 bennies. Such a bad experience. For $2-$3 he implied that we lied. I hope this person understands the meaning of customer service.

I can't express how incredible the service was from start to finish, thank you Pretish! I hope I spelled your name properly The breakfast burrito was fantastic as well, one of the best breakfasts I've ever had. Truly a wonderful experience!

I’ve gone to Cora’s many times & this was the first time I had a less than good experience. I’m not sure if some people are new or if they were short staffed but the service was not good. I felt rushed to finish my meal, my plate was almost taken away & I was still eating off it & I had to ask a few times for a cup of coffee.

Fancy breakfast place. Only concern I had was waiters or waitresses didn't seem to refill water glasses. I enjoy having water refilled throughout the meal myself.

Dec 2 table 50 order 47. Was blown away by the lack of service and hospitality today from server Imelda. She is extremely rude and unprofessional. I have been coming to Cora’s for years and years so I know what to expect and look forward to it. Brought my gf here for her birthday breakfast, safe to say I won’t be back.
